When Mom's away, the kids will play ... (especially the 43 year old kid) movies without the violence filtered.
I came into the room during the viewing of The Lord of the Rings--The Two Towers just in time to enjoy the following conversation:
Nathan: "This is the most epic-est battle ever."
Steve: "Nate, that's not how you say it. It's the most epic battle ever."
Nathan: (voice brimming over with enthusiasm) "Oh, I don't care. I'm just going to make up a word. It's the MOST EPIC-EST BATTLE EVER!"
Watch out, Uncles. My boys are bursting with LOTR questions and were greatly disappointed to find out that I haven't read the series, but very excited that you are all such experts.
